Spell: Dancing Lights largely nonfunctional

As per title. It summons globes of light, but the globes themselves do pretty much nothing -- no light and they won't attack. To boot, when summoned, they don't appear in the square you aim at.

Attached save has a handful already summoned and the spell hotkeyed to 3.
