Feat: Brachiation does not prevent fall chance for moving between trees

As per title. This is inconsistent with the feat's description, which states you can move between trees with no risk of falling.

Attached save has you already in a tree. Just move back and forth a few times and you'll eventually fall out of the tree.

Moving while up a tree no longer has a chance of falling if the creature has the brachiation feat. Closes #67
