Spell: Sign of Discord likely needs the [Mind-Affecting] tag

As per title. As is, its description doesn't specify it doesn't work on mindless enemies, but enemies immune to mind-affecting effects (and, consequentially, confusion) are immune to the spell's effects.

Attached character has the spell learned and a convenient nearby shadow ooze for testing. There's also a mass of gremlins to the east, if observation of effect on susceptible creatures is desired.
