Spell: Major Drain specialist effect only working for Orcs

As per title. The devour effect mentioned in the description only functions properly for orc necromancers. Other races do not receive the benefit.

Attached character has the spell learned and an elven cat -- which should train dexterity on consumption -- nearby. Simply kill the cat with major drain and observe no devour effect.

Also attached is an orc in a similar situation. Killing the cat with major drain will gain the dexterity train as appropriate.
