Spell: Revenance appears to be nonfuctional

As per title. The spell goes off, and nothing seems to happen to allied undead.

Attached save has a handful of minion zombies and a nearby triceratops to test and see if the buffs are sticking. Revenance has already been cast twice with all zombies in range, to no apparent effect.
