Feat: Few Brew Potion bugs

1. You can apparently brew scrolls. Testing shows this is likely a display error -- brewing a scroll of clairvoyance produced a potion of clairvoyance.
2. Potion list seems considerably smaller than it should be -- particularly notable, potions you can find in the dungeon (on hags, for example) apparently cannot be brewed, examples being potions of Bull's Strength or Haste.

Attached character has the feat and the brew command hotkeyed to 3. As noted, despite having Haste and Bull's Strength learned, neither potion can be brewed.
