Unknown cause CtD

Issue #90 resolved
Frumple created an issue

As per title. Not sure what's going on,* but it's consistently happening within a turn or two of loading the attached save. Just pass a turn or so. Crash dump is also included, in the Sudden CtD archive.

*Though it half looks like it might be a still existent edge case for the ammo-drop-in-dangerous-terrain crash.

    If A strikes B while standing on magma, A gets magma damage. If A happens to die from the magma damage, their strike attempt did not expect it and crashed. Reported by Frumple. Closes #90
