Pick a release to deprecate running fuppes as the root user.

Fuppes should never need to be run as the root user. Put in something that spots if the user is the root user and:

• Stop them from running fuppes.
• Print out a message with a link to a webpage on what they should actually be doing. Pointing them to a bitbucket wiki page would be a good idea.
