Give presentation code the concept of an "assets" directory.

All good web frameworks have the concept of an assets directory whereby you can serve static content from. Make the same thing for fuppes rather than manually specifying which files get served for which requests.

Make sure that you do not introduce security vulnerabilities when you do this.

This issue should be done to clean up the presentation code. The sooner that we do this the better for everybody.
