Include boost as a dependancy of Fuppes.

Fuppes should use boost as a dependancy. At the very least this would give us shared pointers and the ability to not loose so much memory all of the time. I think that this would be the correct way to go about making sure that FUPPES stayed memory concious.

This now works for both autotools and for CMake. This is completely awesome.

This has been done in the CMake version of the project. It has yet to be done for the autotools.
