Give the entire project a massive code review.

Robert Massaioli repo owner created an issue

I want to make it so that FUPPES has been looked over from the ground up with a review of its entire architecture to a review of every line of code itself. If I am going to make it easy to work on then I am going to clean up this code until it is spotless.
