NPE Webhook SQL Error

Hi there

We’re seeing lots of errors in atlassian-jira.log that Atlassian support have pointed to being in the Custom Field Manager for Jira plugin in this ticket: https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/20/GHS-17070

It looks like the plugin was trying to execute this SQL query: SELECT "FILTER" as value from "AO_4AEACD_WEBHOOK_DAO" and it hit into syntax error because MySQL database doesn't need the quote symbol (").
