Custom Fields Toolbox for Jira not working

Hi there, our customer recently installed your plugin in their staging environment but when accessing the app page there’s just a blue bar loading that after a while changes to green but it doesn’t show anything. I’ve attached a screenshot of the web console showing an error thrown and also a support zip after enabling DEBUG for the app package. I can see in the logs the following entries keep appearing:

/rest/cfu/1.0/fieldWithJob [s.n.j.c.api.field.FieldListRestService] Current percent: 0.9361358124494745

the Current percent hasn’t changed at all and it’s been running for over an hour now.

I tried disabling and re-enabling the plugin and at first it seemed to be loading but it failed in the same way in the end. I’ve attached the log and a screenshot of the console showing the error.

Hi there,

Maybe the package was not in TRACE mode when that second log was produced. I’ve now set the package back to TRACE and reproduced the behaviour again.

I am attaching an updated version of our application. We have made some changes, as well as made extended logging. Before installing please make sure the application log is in debug mode.

Thanks for providing the new version. I’ve tested that in our customer’s staging environment but I can still see the same issue. I’ve attached the logs where there's a test before upgrading and then afterwards. That's mainly in the log.1 file. The plugin package was set to TRACE.

Thank you for this new version! It seems to work fine in the staging environment as I can get some data to load when accessing the plugin page Although I’m still waiting on our customer to review it and confirm all is good. I’ll report back if they find any issues.
