Custom Field Toolbox plugin not working

Hi Team,

We have installed Custom Field Toolbox add-on in our Dev instance, add-on was successfully installed but after installing selected Custom Field Toolbox option in System, it displaying nothing.

Hi Manikanta,

As we see in logs you provided, your situation is similar to one mentioned in this issue:

It looks like for some reason you have several fields of type “Epic link“. I recommend you fix it:

Dear Alexey,
Yesterday I’ve installed the plug-in, and have similar symptoms: If I go to the Custom Filed Toolbox menu, the progress bar loading 50% and stuck.
Could you tell me what entries do I need to find in the log (atlassian-jira.log, right?) to clearly identify that the stuck loading bar is because of the Epic-link duplication issue?

In epic link duplication case you will find something like

ERROR: more than one row returned by a subquery used as an expression

If it’s not the case, you may raise new issue here, or write directly to our e-mail provided at our vendor page at Marketplace.
