After addon installation blanc screen is shown

Same behavior both on 4.3.3 and 4.4.1 versions

    I’m having the same issue. After the add-on installation, I get a blank page. Is there a step which I’m missing after the installation?

    Hi @Rama.Dommeti,

    If you have same error in browser console (shown on screenshot) as issue reporter, then it makes sense to check if your instance base url set in Jira system settings is correct. If base url is ok, then please find the error message in the server log (atlassian-jira.log).
