Custom field usage not showing correct

I notice this behavior mostly for label fields. Any particular reason?

We have been using this plugin in our organisation. Our Engineer noticed same problem as It reports all custom fields of type Labels as unused regardless as to whether they are unused or not.

We try to verify from GUI (with latest v2.1.3 under DB column all field values of type Label is showing empty

He is suspecting that your tool only queries the database "customfieldvalue" table, whereas label custom field values are held in the database "label" table.

It require to treat label custom fields as a special case.

Kindly review this and let us know the status.
