Issue 11: generating graph reports doesn't work with python 3 Without this patch the --graph and --xref options of py2app cause exceptions in modulegraph. The patch also adds (bad and imcomplete) tests, the tests were just enough to fix this issue and definitely need more work. Reported by Andrew Barnert.

Fix issue with finding the correct modules when the __init__ of a package contains import statements. Without this patch modulegraph creates incomplete graphs for SQLalchemy (not to pick on that project, I found the issue in modulegraph while researching a mailing-list question about py2app support for SQLAlchemy).

Implement support for PEP 420 (with tests) PEP 420 "Implicit namespace packages" is new in Python 3.3, see <http://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0420> for more information. This patch ensures that modulegraph supports these packages (but only on python 3.3 or later)

Fix an issue the creation MissingModule nodes for imports in a package In particular, when the code contains 'import foo.bar' the MissingModule would always be for 'foo.bar', even when the import is inside package 'pkg' and 'pkg.foo' is available. With this patch the MissingModule node will be for 'pkg.foo.bar' for this case.

Add a seperate module for dealing with zipfile I/O This module will be used throughout the py2app stack, and was added here as this is the most basic package that needs the functionality.

More tests, and revert change from os_listdir to _os_listdir (that broke py2app)

Add explict module documentation instead of depending on the automaticly generated docs. The documentation is incomplete at this point, all public methods are listed but not all of them contain usefull documentation.

Add documentation This adds the sphinx structure for the documentation, using the autodoc feature to generate most content. This is far from perfect, the doc strings aren't good enough for that.
