Getting closer to the 2.3 release. The full test run of last night found two release blockers: 1) The pyobjc-framework-Cocoa tests crash for 32-bit intel in a 3-way build (both 2.x and 3.x) 2) The tests didn't run at all with python 2.6. I haven't looked into these issues yet.

Generic setup.py; don't hardcode setuptools/distribute versions

zip_safe = True --> zip_safe = False PyObjC itself is zipsafe, but not all versions of py2app that are in active use are. This avoids non-obvious problems when building an application bundle.

* This adds a generic "pyobjc_setup.py" file to all framework wrappers, the implementation is shared between all subprojects and contains all pyobjc-specific logic. This makes is better than PyObjCTools.DistutilsSupport because the latter won't work when pyobjc-core is not yet installed (e.g. when someone tries to install something with an install_requires=['pyobjc-framework-Cocoa'] in their setup.py * Most frameworks, except the two big ones: Cocoa and Quartz, now pass their tests on Tiger.
