Rename install.py to setup.py

Issue #138 wontfix

created an issue

I can't install a version controlled branch or specific commit of pyobjc using pip because there's not a setup.py in the root directory of the repo. For some reason it's labeled install.py.

See this stack overflow forum: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/33001948/installing-python-package-from-version-control-where-setup-py-is-not-in-the-proj

The root of the repository does not correspond with a package that can be installed using pip. The repository contains a (fairly large) number of related Python packages. The install.py script in the root makes it easier to install all packages when you have a copy of the source code.
