Configure email for laughingliberally.com domain

- Enable laughingliberally.com in mailgun
- Configure DNS with mailgun spf records.
- Rewrite <user>@laughingliberally.com to <user>@laughingliberally.org if mailgun supports it
- If not create additional aliases for each laughingliberally host
