Small changes to have the list capable of handling KeyDown/KeyUp events.

First, only reset GUIUtility.keyboardControl if the control id in question is not that of the list itself. Also make the overloaded Draw method that receives a control id public. This way we can create a control id with FocusType.Keyboard and pass it to the list.
