implement greens

Issue #9 new
roxxkatt repo owner created an issue

bots could have internal max/min settings, that may use the cfg settings energy/recharge in fakeenergy speed/thrust in fakemove, warps, etc possibly item structures in ai module for thors, bursts, etc

the greenstate interface already exists, check headers for examples
