Intermittent Segmentation fault

Issue #165 resolved
Xian Su created an issue

When I run python -m 'rpy2.tests', I sometimes pass and sometimes get Segmentation faults. Here is an example:

Attached is the output of python -vm 'rpy2.tests', with 1 seg faulting and 1 running to completion.

Thanks,
Xian

Would you be be able to try with rpy2-2.4-dev ?
    pip install https://bitbucket.org/lgautier/rpy2/get/version_2.4.x.tar.gz

  2. Xian Su reporter

Sure, I can try with rpy2-2.4-dev and check.

If there are no changes, I'm also going to recompile against R 3.0.0.

  3. Laurent Gautier

I have not experienced, or heard about, segfaults in ages.
    Unless protests, I'll close this.
