Add a way to get the gamepad mapping string of a single gamepad

This could either be done via the Joystick object (e.g. Joystick:getMappingString() or similar) or via a GUID (e.g. love.joystick.getMappingString(guid) or similar). This makes manual management of potentially even multiple (separate) mapping string databases easier (or even possible).

    Not sure why you'd need this. Gamepad mappings don't change as they are bound to gamepads' physical layout, so you don't need to manage anything, just add the mapping and forget about it. You're probably trying to use it as a replacement for input binding library - which already exist and you should use those instead.
