We definitely need framebuffer objects, and we should look at the link below when implementing it, might be a good starting point.

I wonder, people with OpenGL <2.0 cards will have this feature disabled or there will be some workaround for older cards provided (with pbuffers for example)?
Issue #27 was marked as a duplicate of this issue.
Vlrd's implementation is awesome.
However in Fbo.cpp on line 70, if you insert:
glClearColor( 0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f );
This will make the fbo transparent by default allowing you to layer fbos.
I would kindly ask you to open an issue on the new fork dedicated specifically to these FBOs.
