Optional centering of window
In the window module (src/modules/window/sdl) there is a line in Window.cpp:
SDL_putenv(const_cast<char *>("SDL_VIDEO_CENTERED=center")); }}}
I know its meant for cross-platform compatibility, but this is not always the wanted placement of the window. Personally, I would rather have the window manager take care of that.
Is there any way to make this an option of some sort? Either globally or per game? ie in the lua source?
