    There's been a lot of talk about making Love for mobile, but there are a lot of barriers;

    There's been a lot of talk about Love on iOS;

    There's also an entire sub-forum for the community rendition for Android;

    Interestingly, I haven't seen anything for the windows phone.

    Perhaps it might help to look into ghoulsblade's webplayer.

    Regardless, from what I understand the love developers don't have an interest in supporting the Android, iOS or windows phone, as love is still being rapidly developed as it is.

    Don't expect anything other than community ports on this front, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

    I think everyone believes that it's possible, the issue is that it takes a lot of time, effort, and consideration to both port LÖVE to mobile platforms and provide continued support for it.

    In terms of an OpenGL ES 2.0 backend (required for nearly every mobile OS plus the Raspberry Pi, Google's NaCl, and other platforms), I've been working on that here.

    It seems this issue is assigned to the wrong Martin Felis. Apart from that the Android port is working very well and various games have been published with it.
