PointStyle "smooth" is very buggy on many graphics drivers

When drawing points, the 'smooth' PointStyle (GL_POINT_SMOOTH) causes my system to fall back to software rendering if a shader is active.

GL_POINT_SMOOTH is also not available in OpenGL ES 2. I believe the recommended approach in that case is to use point sprites with custom shader code.

    Smooth points aren't displaying at all in fused games in 0.9.0 on some drivers in Windows.

    I'm going to remove the smooth point style for the next minor version unless another solution comes up.
