Configuration issue on Win7 with VC11

Eric Gregory
created an issue

With Visual Studio 11 on Win7, I'm getting the following fatal error when configuring OpenAL:

-----------------------------------------------------
Configuring: openal-soft 1.15.1
-----------------------------------------------------
Could NOT find PkgConfig (missing: PKG_CONFIG_EXECUTABLE)
Using DirectX SDK directory: C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010)/
CMake Error at libs/openal-soft-1.15.1/CMakeLists.txt:309 (MESSAGE):
No snprintf function found, please report!

    Strange.

Which commit are you on? Clearly not the latest, since that uses another version of OpenAL-Soft (which doesn't look for pkgconfig, it seems).

Apologies for the delay. I finally got around to grabbing the latest and giving it another try. Unfortunately there's still an issue with building openal:

    1. The openal CMake fails with the following:
       Entering C:/Users/btuser/Development/rude-megasource-1fc8e150217d/libs/openal-soft-1.15.1-29e0af5ef052
    CMake Error at libs/openal-soft-1.15.1-29e0af5ef052/CMakeLists.txt:150 (MESSAGE):
No inline keyword found, please report!

    1. If I comment out that check, I run into this:
    CMake Error at libs/openal-soft-1.15.1-29e0af5ef052/CMakeLists.txt:353 (MESSAGE):
No case-insensitive compare function found, please report!

    Etc, etc, etc.

All of this builds fine on my other Windows 7 machine with VC10. It just doesn't seem to get along with VC11 (also known as VC 2012)
