Static web hosting configuration doesn't work on Windows

The code that converts a url path to a file path doesn't properly convert all "/" to "\", only the first occurence.

    Also, there is a problem specific to IIS. Zeptos uses an Accepts: text header for the ajax calls and IIS doesn't like this.
