Browse button not working (Win7 x64)

Hello i'm using the stable version of chrome(Version 28.0.1500.71 m) at the date of this post and the browse button doesn't seem to work. it was working just fine yesterday so i'm guessing it has something to do with an update(on chrome or extension).

Tincr 2.1.1 Chrome Version 28.0.1500.71 m
