Add option to reload whole page on js or html reload.

Currently the auto-reload only works with css (and maybe images) by live inserting them into the page. However it is impossible to (reliably) reload scripts and other assets. It would be nice if there was an option to automatic reload the whole page when a live update isn't possible.
