Files in hidden folders not tracked

The development environment I need to use compiles CSS from several sources and outputs a single CSS file within a hidden folder (.css/main.css).

I can select this file fine using the shortcut SHIFT + CMD + "." to display the hidden folders, but a save to this file does not trigger a refresh.

The workaround has been to add dependancies to the files, but sometimes there are many and it's a pain.
