Former user created an issue 2021-10-23

I am on the latest version of Windows 10 and this application refuses to run via Jar or .exe. In both instances the file is corrupt and does not run. Any ideas why?

Bitbucket seems to have corrupted the files. I've re-uploaded them and they seem to work as expecting on Linux and Windows 8.1.
