Not connecting after upgrade to OBS 28

Former user created an issue

After updating to OBS 28 the web socket will change from unencrypted on 4444 to being encrypted on 4455. It does not matter if you change Scene Timer to encrypted on 4455 or set OBS Web Sockets back to unencrypted on port 4444. Scene Time will not connect to OBS 28.
