Enable multi-dof joints

Enable spherical, parallel etc. joints. Basically joints with more than one dof that don't linearly map to a vector space.

We're not going to support these in scl for now. First need a dynamics engine that supports them properly. So the bug is contingent on something that will happen someday.
Perhaps we'll reopen it...
