Postfix might require arg of the contained class type

In the sutil mapped list iterator, the postfix is different based on an int function arg. However, online discussions seem to indicate a higher performance penalty that implicitly assumes the allocation of a complex data structure. Is this done properly in sutil?

I think it was done properly. Either way, it's an sutil issue. So moving it away from here. :)
