Issue #137
resolved
When running the dynamics3d integrator, if you use SCL to calculate energies, then you will get a different energy calculation than Dynamics3d.

This is localized to energy differences in the potential energy computations. Confirmed by comparing scl dynamics with scl spatial dynamics (the latter seems to be correct).

Dynamics3d is now becoming stale. We will think about supporting it if we find an active contributor who can maintain it.
