Sensoray drivers : Support transactional operation

The base driver should reflect the transactional nature of the actual sensoray driver.
Else the high-level ops have to be implemented as some combinatorial scheme over the low level ops... (Tedious and less general)

The actual calls are fast. Should just do them directly. No need for transactions..
