Does not Compile on GCC 4.8.4

On GCC version 4.8.4 on Ubuntu, throws a compile-time error for the tutorials, saying that it was unable to find Chai3D. Also throws a compile-time error saying cPrint was not defined within SGraphicsChai.hpp
