redis visualizer should have options to enable/disable the graphics state sync

Issue #237 resolved
Samir Menon repo owner created an issue

For now it either does a full sync with redis (because of which the mouse glut commands are useles). Or it doesn't sync. It's quite annoying to deal with the vis.

Should have a redis flag to read/write.
