Problem with the log in into bitbucketcards

When I try to log in with my bitbucket's credential I receive this error: 500 Internal Server error. The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application. I try more times to log in also with different device (two computers and smartphone) and network but it doesn't work. How can I fix this problem? Thank you

No I used Tracker Issue.

I have seen the same issue. I went crazy and cleared all of my cookies several times and eventually it allowed me through. There's certainly some bug in the login. I've found that when showing another member how to use it by logging in on the same machine it seems to get confused.
