Ability to filter repositories shown

I'd like this as a global setting:

• Show repos I own
• Show repos I have perms. on
• Show repos I have forked

This could be a multi-select, so for example I could have my cardboard show my repos + repos I have perms. on

I really dislike seeing all the repos that I follow along with the repos I actually want to work on Issues for.
