Make "Assign to" field a select element

also, it would be nice to have a button that for 'assign me' (so in addition to "Cancel" and "Move").

and if your team is not big - having a picture/button for each person this modal would be great.

but i would be happy with a select, and happier with a http://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/ select
