Difficulty

Add a "Difficulty" field to every bitbucket issue, with fields "Very Easy; Easy; Moderate; Difficult; Very Difficult" (or something similar).

Reasoning: It'd be nice to be able to organize the cards not just by priority, but also by the level of difficulty. With this feature, I would be able to target the difficult tasks when I have a lot of time, and less difficult tasks when I don't have much time.
