Browser re-load causes cards to not return to location

As shown by Issue #185, additionally no attempt to re-filter cards is made once the browser window has been closed and re-opened. All cards end up on the left hand side of the screen.

I think without too much extra work they could be filtered into the categories they fall into and perhaps descend from the top by date (so any cards that fall over the limit are old). This wouldn't give the persistent positioning like trello but at least it would preserve some order.
