Confirm if the user wants to discard the changes

I'm loving the cards, it's really simple and useful.

But I already lose my work at least three times when I accidentally pressed the ESC key, or clicked outside the create/edit issue modal.

So would like to suggest to ask the user if he wants to discard the work he is doing, before closing the modal (when creating or editing an issue).
