Accept Invitation link redirects to wrong url

The link in the email sent after you "Invite Someone" from Bitbucket Cards project is wrong. This prevents any invited users from joining the cardwall which is a major issue.

It is currently redirecting to

http://bbcw.herokuapp.com/<username>/<project-name>

I think, it should redirect to http://www.bitbucketcards.com/<username>/<project-name>
