Power values (not drive length) are clipped

In BC OTE plot of power v drive length and power v SR, why are power values clipped? See Slack discussion in #general on Jun 15, 2017 at about 2100 Brno time.

BoatCoach stores stroke pace without the last digit (i.e. 1:53, 1:54 as opposed to 1:53.4, 1:53.6). It records these data both for work and rest intervals. BoatCoach stores reliable and precise power values only for the work intervals. For rest intervals, the power value stays at the last recorded one from the work interval. :-(
