coastal rowing type does not export to concept2

When a coastal workout is exported to concept2 logbook, an error occurs.

The error message is "you are not authorized to upload this workout to concept2"

I suspect that the workout type needs to be set to water.

Workout # 8714 exhibits the problem.

I anticipated that and change the workout to water but apparently not entirely. S

Fixed. I only tested for coastal in export_as_splits, not in the regular export
